We created a quantitative time series analysis to predict future occupancy trends of each community on desensitized data collected from over 500 senior homes between 2000 and 2021 using Python and Tableau.
Performed extensive data cleaning and filtering to account for wrong and incomplete entries
Trained a prediction algorithm to predict daily/monthly/quarterly gains and losses and identified prominent factors to attain customers and improve the accuracy of the prediction model

Published Journal Paper: Quantifying the traffic impacts of the COVID-19 shutdown, Journal of Transportation Engineering, Part A: System, Co-Author, Raphael Stern
Analyzed traffic data to study the effects and the recovery of COVID-19 in the Twin Cities, the regionality of traffic effects, and subsequent recovery trends using Python(Panda, Numpy, Matplotlib).
Collaborated with MnDOT, UMN-Duluth and quickly learned the customized software to gather data from all the traffic detectors across the greater Twin-Cities metro area and clean large volumes of data, and identify the main time frame for pre-covid and after-covid traffic volume comparison.
